9a038b74c3 Fix: Restart portals after env import so screen sharing works 
xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland could start before Hyprland imported
WAYLAND_DISPLAY/XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP, leaving no ScreenCast backend.
